We are very clean people there would be no smoking inside the home! You can smoke in the garage or On the patio!

we have a huge backyard. You are more than welcome to use the barbeque fire place and or use the trampoline! During the summer months!

We do not have any rules except for no drugs no smoking inside the home no pets and just cleanliness courteous and kindness!

I would prefer Someone who is easy-going works on the rigs is in and out of town for work that would be the best possible scenario and or a University student college student ! Above all just someone that is responsible and can pay their rent!

We are very easy-going family as our last roommate just bailed out so we are looking for a roommate ASAP !

I have a 21 year-old son my husband who is 55 myself who is 47 and my father lives with us who is 74!

Our home is well cared for very neat and tidy We do have cats in the home!

They mostly stay in my bedroom or my son’s in the basement!

Like I said I don’t have very many rules just common courtesy stuff clean up after yourself I’m pretty chill and laid-back !
