Hello my name is Phil, I am renting a room in my home in Somerset and it is
available immediatly. Utilities and internet included. Room comes with a
bathroom that is NOT shared, everyone in the home has their own bathroom. Rent
includes wireless internet and utilities.

The house is shared with 2 other people (3 total), everyone needs to be respectful
of others spaces and the shared areas. No smoking in the house and tidy people only.
The house also has a parrot residing here so can be noisy once in awhile. No
night shift workers and no couples, 15minute walk to Somerset train station.
