Hi my name is Sukhi and I am a working professional (civil engineer) looking for a roommate, my previous roommate moved out due to finding work elsewhere. I currently occupy one of the 2 bedrooms in this 2 bed-2bath 1058 sqft unit at 35 Finch Ave E. The unit is partially furnished with a bed and sofa tv in the living room. The unit also contains a washer dryer and balcony.

This building is steps away from the Finch TTC subway stop/Finch GO station.

I occupy the smaller room in the unit. Therefore I ask the person moving in with me to pay their share of the rent at $1600 (I am paying $1400 currently, the total for the unit $3000). Utilities are not included in the rent (utilities average $100-$150/month)
