As the ad says, im looking to rent out the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom apt. Its a 1000 sq ft 2bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment in the Olympia Building at the corner of John and Charlton in downtown Hamilton. Relatively large so we dont necessarily get in each others space.

A little about me:
I'm a 31 year old male moved to hamilton about 2 years ago. I'm honestly pretty laid back and usually watching sports or Netflix or something. I'd prefer a male roomate but honestly i have lived in the past with both and if the fit is right, it really shouldnt matter. Whats most imporant is cleanliness and mutual respect for one another.

The apartment is already furnished theres a bed, desk and nightstand in the room as well, I can leave them there or remove based on whatever is your preference. There is a cat in the mix as well, hes very affectionate and doesnt cause any trouble.

As for amenities, you would also have access to the gym, swimming pool and steam room as part of the arrangement.

I'm open to the length of the agreement as well, we can discuss further based on our needs.
