We are looking for a roommate to live in our apartment's open space converted into a private room, starting from April 1, 2024 — preferably a male student or working professional who does not smoke, drink or eat pork.

The rent is $570 per month. A deposit of $510 and the rent for the first month is required to secure the spot.

The apartment is located on Quinpool Road (close to downtown Halifax) with a fantastic view of the South End of Halifax.

The apartment is within walking distance from both Dalhousie and SMU.

There are several amenities including Atlantic Superstore, Shoppers Drugmart, Canadian Tire, Scotiabank, Wendy's and other restaurants located on the ground floor of
the apartment complex.

There are several bus stops adjacent and opposite the apartment as well.

The apartment has a gym, laundromat and a large terrace with barbeque facilities.

The space is unfurnished.

Parking can be provided upon request at an additional charge.

Hydro and internet will be shared equally among us roommates.

Viewings are available between 5pm and 8:30pm from April 24, 2024 (Sunday).
