Looking for a roomate to take over my lease I’ve moved out. You’d be sharing with a 30 year old male and his mother. You must be cat friendly and having a cat yourself would be encouraged. House is located in a good area, on Valour road, bathroom right outside your room with shower and bath. Laundry in basement. Utilities not included.
There’s 1 cat in the house that does get along well with other cats.
