Smoking is allowed only outside. No parties and no drugs allowed. Must clean up after yourself. We are looking to replace a current roommate so actual room cannot be viewed. However, the room across the hall is nearly identical and can be viewed. You would meet with myself and the other tenant first and if all is agreeable, we would arrange a meeting with the landlord.
