THIS IS A SUBLET from September 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025. We are looking for a woman for this room. This is a monthly rental. We are open to a shorter rental period.

We have a bright, loft bedroom for rent. We are looking for a quiet, non-smoking, woman to share our clean, orderly home. Rent is $750/all inclusive and the damage deposit is $750. We don’t allow pets and are working towards an allergen-free home.

The loft bedroom is on the third floor. The room is south facing and is furnished with a double bed (with mattress), large desk with lamp, vanity, two chairs, night tables with lamps, and blackout blinds. There is a lock on the door for privacy and security. The room is warm, inviting and bright with lots of closet space. There is a full bathroom with shower, beside the room for your private use. On the third floor, there is a small sitting area with a balcony. There are nice views of the neighborhood and city from this floor.

We are located in the friendly neighborhood of Summerside. You will be sharing the house with our two daughters and two other female roommates. The house has five bedrooms on four levels with enough room for everyone to enjoy. The shared spaces include a fully equipped, large kitchen, half bathroom, two eating areas, laundry room, three sitting rooms and two outdoor sitting areas. The kitchen is fully equipped, so even if you don’t have kitchen equipment, we got you covered. In the kitchen, there are two fridges and each roommate gets ample fridge and freezer space along with an assigned cabinet and pantry area.

The rent is all inclusive so you will not have any unexpected costs. We include: power, gas, water, garbage and internet. (We don’t have cable.) We also include household supplies such as: toilet paper, towels, dish detergent, garbage bags, light bulbs, cleaning supplies, herbs and spices. The house manager does a weekly house cleaning of the common areas, snow removal and yard maintenance. You will be responsible for cleaning your own private space and kitchen after use.
