Easily share the common areas – there is a well-equipped large clean kitchen with two fridge freezers, a dinning room and free laundry.

Everything is easy and fair - there’s a well organized and shared (5 roommates) weekly cleaning and recycle schedule, which makes house sharing so simple and easy. There is the option to hire a cleaner if you prefer. If you’re not a clean and tidy quiet person and your unwilling to share in communal living responsibilities this is not the place for you.

Live, relax and study - stay as long as you like (five months minimum) in a quiet and happy shared house atmosphere (see map). Your roommates are mostly from Japan and a mix of professionals and English students. And they are all excellent roommates.

Local amenities – The huge Metrotown shopping mall is only seven mins away by SkyTrain. There’s a local Community Centre with a big swimming pool, gymnasium, library, plus Asian and western groceries, banks, parks, café/pizza delivery and restaurants all just 5-10 mins away.

Really nice and helpful Landlord lives only ten convenient mins away.

Sorry, absolutely no smoking or drugs or pets or subletting/Airbnb etc. Free street parking.
