Hello, I'm Garrett and im looking for someone to fill a single unfurnished room for rent in a great location near Atwater and very close to Concordia campus.

The apartment is very nicely furnished (aside from the room).
Would be living with two Concordia students myself (19M) and my roommate (21M).
Floor plans for the apartment are attached as well as pictures of the room itself (room is the 'bureau' on the floor plan).
Washer and dryer are also included in the apartment as well as heating.
We both enjoy utilizing the common space and also enjoy the occasional night out so preferably someone who is comfortable with some late-night hangouts.
