Looking for a comfortable place, quiet but close to everything ?

I have a private room in a 2 person appartment. I'm looking for a student or young professional. Respectful and clean.

I rent by period of 3 months. Renewable if we get along.

Great location : 7 mins for metro De l'église, 3 mins from couchetard on wellington.
Postal code is H4G 3C8

Everything included : private bedroom, wifi, hot water, furnitures and mattress, fridge. I don't have a washer but there is a laundromat 5minutes from here.

Amenities : Air fryer, toaster, just bring your backpack or luggage and you're set :). I do lack a stove and only use a burner plate to cook.
