Own room, furnished and well maintained, in a clean safe quiet neighborhood, near a large shopping center, public transport, and CEGEP.
Rooms are furnished with bed and mattress protector, lamps, dresser, desk and chair, laundry basket, trash can (boarders provide their own duvets/blankets, sheets, pillows, pillowcases, wash cloths and towels).
Communal areas consist of a well-equipped shared kitchen and bathroom and laundry room. Rental fee Includes utilities, internet, and free use of laundry machines (in the building), hand soap, dishwashing soap, and toilet paper. Weekly cleaning service is provided in communal areas (though boarders must clean-up after self when using the kitchen and other communal areas). Access to the exterior front balcony and spacious rear balcony. Boarders are expected to abide by the Boarders Agreement. In particular, they must keep their own rooms clean and be respectful of quiet evening and night hours as noted in the Boarding Agreement.

No smoking, pets, or children or overnight guests.
