To room with homeowner – mature, professional woman - and one other female tenant (3 pple total). There will be two cats in the house, and a dog in the future. Yard is pristine, surrounded by apple trees, with lots of outdoor space for gardening or just to enjoy.
Ideal for quiet mature working females, who enjoy the outdoors. I will be away frequently (min 1 week per month). Preference given to one or both who are willing to cat sit during my absences for a fee. No couples or children please. Partial remote workers considered, but not fully remote. Must have vehicle.
Rooms are unfurnished (pictures are from previous owners) but possibility of furnishing a room may be considered. Tenants will have option for upper floor bedroom or room on lower level with semi-private bathroom - though there will be renos undertaken Feb/Mar. Pictures are of both rooms.
Keswick Ridge is beautiful, about 18 min from downtown Fredericton, 3km from Mactaquac park (beach, boat rentals, hiking, x-country skiing, golf).
