The condo is located conveniently next to Finch West subway station with all useful amenities close by including Walmart, Fast Food restaurants and gyms. This is a clean and tidy apartment with a large living room area (with lots of plants!) with a balcony, perfect for summer, a decent sized kitchen with oven and stove top and dinning table :) The room is large enough for a double and possibly queen size bed and desk, it has an inbuilt wardrobe and it comes unfurnished, we have in unit laundry. The price of the room per month includes the internet, however, the internet is likely to increase in price since we got it at a discounted rate with Bell as first time customers.

We are currently two friendly women who respect each others space and respect the space of the apartment enough to keep it clean, we all contribute to buying cleaning items for the apartment e.g. dish soap, sponges, cloths, lysol, trash bags and follow a cleaning schedule. We are kind and considerate when it comes to noise e.g. loudspeaker phones, loud conversations late at night and slamming doors etc. and having guests over and especially cleanliness and hope to find someone just as considerate who doesn’t have to be asked to clean up after themselves or asked to be aware of their noise level. We do also like to unwind, sometimes with music in the living room and a puzzle game but by no means do we expect that of anyone else, sometimes we each just like to chill in our own rooms for privacy :) Please reach out if you think you might be a good fit!
