Preference to quiet, clean, non-smoking female studying or working outside the home. Second floor, no elevator or balcony. Hardwood floors, coin laundry in basement, small, quaint kitchen (no dishwasher). Friendly, quiet building with fenced green space out back facing the river, no parking currently but possibility for a spot in the future. You would be sharing with a mature professional woman who is away two weeks in Feb., and at least a week (or more) in both March and April. Slight possibility I may extend the lease beyond April.
