I'm simply just looking for a room to rent. Single guy, NO drugs, NO partying, ZERO problems. I drive truck for a living. For much of the year I'm not home. I can't justify paying a grand a month. I'm renting a shop also. Unfurnished is fine, I have my own bed etc. Other option I'm ok with is room mates.
