I have a room to rent in my top floor apartment. Smoking and Weed is allowed in apartment. I have to cats very nice. Internet and electric is included in rent. There is a parking spot if you have a car and i have a washer and dryer in apartment.. The apartment is open A.S.A.P!!!
And only ask for 1/2 back month rent.
