You will be sharing the home with the owner and another renter (with whomever takes the 2nd bedroom). With the bedrooms you will be sharing the bathroom with the other renter. You will have access to the kitchen on the main floor. The rent includes all utilities, laundry and the internet and there will be an area for you to relax and watch TV etc. in the spacious living area.

Southfork is a fast-growing community and is located just south of Leduc proper, where you can find shopping of all sorts, entertainment (movie theater etc.) and is just a hop / skip away from highway 2A and 2 that will take you into Nisku and Edmonton for some further fun and excitement. There are several parks within the community, with one that circles a fantastic large pond that is great to stroll around on the provided pathways, whether in the Spring, Summer, Fall or winter (with a large hot coffee of course!). If you have a car, the parking will be available on the street for your vehicle.

The type of individual we are looking for, to share our new wonderful home with must be a non-smoker and a responsible drinker (we aren’t looking for party goers), that you are the responsible type that respects yourself / others and the type that will also clean up after yourself.
