The room is ensuite with private washroom. It's spacious with big window, overlooking the backyard, you get natural light all day. Its furnished with queen bed, couch, dresser and there’s wide closet.
You'll share the kitchen which is very clean and fully equipped, stove, small oven, airfryer, microwave, big fridge and dishwasher, and there's lots of cabinets.
Laundry is downstairs.
Other tenants are friendly, respectful, and quiet, we always keep the place tidy, so no issues!
Rent is $1300/month ($20/month for laundry as per landlord request)
