I am an incoming first year AVC student and am looking for two roommates for Aug 1 or Aug 15. I have a lovely 3 bed, 2 bath townhouse in East Royalty, 5 minutes from campus!

Master bedroom is $850 and has an ensuite 3 piece bathroom and a large walk in closet. The room is spacious enough for a queen bed, desk and dresser.

The second bedroom is $650 and also has a walk in closet and a shared bathroom.

There is an option to have both rooms furnished, so just let us know! Kitchen and main living areas are fully furnished as well. Power and internet are extra. The landlord says power has averaged around $150-$200/mo. Utilities will be split 3 ways.

Preference is for vet students but other respectful students or working professionals are welcome. An easy going indoor cat is considered upon landlord approval, but no dogs for now. I have a 5 yo corgi who can be quite dog-reactive but is great with people and cats. I have a 12yo female cat who is very lazy!
