I have a room available for rent it's month.to month no lease . Wifi included shared bathroom kitchen and living room space. I male 55yrs old but prefer female tenants as there generally clean up after themselves.
If you need it furnished that's no issue at all lots of closet space etc. I'm near the train yards shopping ctr
