We have recently purchased this property and are looking for tenant for the semi-basement room.
Tenant will have her private room furnished with a double bed, mattress, desk and an executive chair, a private half bathroom which is next to the room.
Other common areas like kitchen, living room, dinning, laundry room etc will be shared with the Landlord (Me & my wife)
The property is newly renovated. We are looking for a nice quiet, very clean, non-smoker & respectful female tenant. We do not want to rent any other room to make the house less crowded and comfortable for everyone.
