Hi there, we have a room for rent, on the main floor of a house in Brentwood, near the University of Calgary and Brentwood station. The main floor is occupied by me, a male in grad school, and another female grad student, while the basement is occupied by a female undergrad who is studying to be a vet, along with a dog and rabbit that primarily stays in the basement. We are all quite personable and get a long, though we all take our studies seriously, so ideally another student or at least another person who closely matches our schedules, such as someone who works regular hours would be ideal. An addition of a dog is possible if it were to get along with the other dog and everyone else in the household. The room is not furnished, but we could assist in having it furnished. Rent includes everything, including parking at the front. We share the kitchen and living room. The bathroom is primarily used by the female grad student on the main floor as I only use it for the shower/bath tub as I use a private half bathroom . Damage deposit is one month's rent at $650.
