- Deposit: $400

- 15 mins walk to Langara collarage
- 30 mins to downtown (49 bus and Canada Line)
- located in front of bus 3 stop (can go to Marin Drive and downtown)
- 7 mins walk to R4 bus stop
- walking distance to grocery store, 10 mins bus ride to Canadian super store
- Transit to UBC is convenient, R4 and 49 is very close

- NO minimum stay - you need to find the replacement when you move out

Room:
- Lockable with a key, and partially furnished.
- Bed frame and shelf are yours, but need to buy bed mattress and instant closed from the owner.
- Shared bathroom & kitchen
- No specific house rule - but please keep everything clean and tidy.

No smoking, big party or pets.
