Very convenient dixie and bloor location buses 3 minutes and close to mall, mosques parks near by.
Conditions: person must have a job, have some experience living in sharing. Non smokers and non alcohol drinkers preferred plz. Must have first and last month rent. Please keep in mind no noise or talking on phone is tolerated after 10 pm till 8 am in morning. And definitely no bringing any ladies in apartment at all men here are respectful and want the same in return. Unfortunately there is no room for visitors.
Parking is available 60 dollars extra but you have to deal your self arranging it. And there is free parking for 15hrs per day its on the back street on the road.
