3. Not a drug user
4. near bus route
5. hopefully within walking distance of grocery store
8. I do not have pets but no issue if pets in the picture.

I am a quiet person, so no loud music, not parties, no quests. After all this is your place and I a guest and treat it so.

If it is shared accommodation, all I ask is the room have a cable outlet and I supply my own internet through Eastlink.

Furnished would be great if not I can work it out

My current situation is I am renting a room in a condo which is owner occupied and I have no idea why I have to leave.
