Seeking a compatible roommate for shared living! I'm a 45 year old, physically active, tidy and clean male. My girlfriend who is Filipina is also staying with me as well as one of her best friends who is renting the guest room upstairs temporarily for a few months. I'm looking for a responsible, mature, and clean individual to share my lower-floor bilevel house. The house boasts five bedrooms, three bathrooms (the downstairs bathroom is exclusively yours), a shared front entrance, an upstairs shared kitchen, and shared spaces like the living rooms, workout room, and laundry room.

The house comes with a spacious backyard, patio, and a relaxing hot tub. I'm specifically looking for a tenant who is non-smoking and single. I envision a positive and respectful male or female tenant who is clean and can potentially commit to a long-term arrangement, starting with a month-to-month tenancy. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate pets.

As for myself, I work full-time over night shifts at the Airport for over 18 years now usually six or more nights a week. I also own and operate my own mobile DJ business which I've been doing for over 13 years as well.

The property is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, conveniently located just off Highway 2 and Main Street. You'll find grocery stores, gyms, shopping centers, banks, and more within walking distance.

Rent for the room is $1200 per month plus 20% of utilities (water, gas, and electricity) to be split which comes to around another $50 - $100 a month on average. Additionally, I provide internet, cable, and home security (including indoor and outdoor cameras) at no extra cost. A one-month damage deposit is required, and I may request references and/or a credit check.
