The apartment is the second floor of a quintessential Victorian triplex, steps from City Hall. This private guest room is located at the front of the apartment, just off the living room. The parking lot is behind the house, just off the back deck.

The room contains a queen bed, a desk & chair, a dresser, a bedside table, a ceiling fan, and a closet.
