I’m looking for a new roommate for my basement space in my Cranston townhouse.

You will have your own bedroom and living space. Shared entrance, kitchen and laundry. Shared storage and utilities in basement. Street parking is available.

Townhouse is 4 BR 4BR, has a bonus room (workout area), small fenced backyard and attached garage.

I own the townhouse with my long term boyfriend and my two small dogs. My dogs are both Yorkie mixes and shy at first. One is a rescue, they will greet you when you come home so tenant must be comfortable with same. The basement has a door so you will have privacy.

Looking for long term rental but start with 6 month lease

Located in Cranston SE with easy access to Stoney Trail and Deerfoot and on bus route.

All utilities included-Rent is $1000/month. Must be friendly, clean, and quiet. No smoking, no parties. Sorry no pets. For one person only, no couples or children. Must be working and provide proof of income and references.

Basement is unfurnished but all shared spaces and kitchen equipped.
