This is a bright, sunny, spacious and quiet 3 level split in a quiet cul-de-sac. We are looking for a person, preferably over 35, who is working and motivated to improve. This place is ideal for professionals looking for a quiet, clean and safe place to live. This is my home and I live here with 2 other renters, at the moment.

The room is on the upper floor and main bathroom is shared. There is a half bath on the main floor.

There is also a room in the basement with a 2nd tv.
