The quoted price is per person. Electricity, Gas, Heating, Water, Wi-Fi, and Laundry are included.

Room 1 comes with a twin-sized bed frame, a table, a chair, and cupboards.
Room 2 comes with a queen-sized bed, a table, a chair, and cupboards.

The first and last month's rent plus a damage/cleaning/lease breakage deposit per person is required.
The ID and other documentation are required to be submitted before moving in.
