Availability:
Up to May 1st 2025 (family will be moving back then)
First and last month deposit required

House rules:
- no partying; could have a few people over for dinner
- no smoking of any kind inside
- *clean up* after yourself in shared spaces and also keep your private spaces clean
- share chores taking out garbage and recycling (we'll set up schedule)
