600 Square Feet is the suite size. The room is of a fairly good size. The suite is to be shared with another male, 20, international student of UBC who just finished his first year of undergraduate studies. This student would be living in the second room.

The bedroom can have one double bed or two single beds. Thus it can easily house one or two persons. If only one person lives then the rent is $995 per month. If two persons live then the rent is $1,095 per month. Rent is negotiable.
