The first room has a bathroom shared with one other roommate (a woman, so females candidates preferred). Rent is $1180/month.

The second room is in the basement, with a semi-private entry. Rent is $900/month.

There are 2 other rooms in the house, one occupied by a female young professional, and the other one by the house manager.

The house is located on a block corner and is surrounded by many trees in a quiet neighbourhood. If you enjoy gardening there is garden space and patio on the back. There is plenty of parking space if you have a car. If not, public transportations is very easily accessed: Langara Canada Line Station is a 5 minute walk, Langara College is a 9 minutes walk. UBC is 35 minutes away by direct bus (#49), downtown waterfront is 20 minutes with Skytrain. There is a bike path just in front of the house.

We are looking for responsible and quiet roommates who respect others privacy. References needed. A one year contract is preferred, but we can accommodate shorter stays.
