The room is available for a sublet in a shared 2-bed apartment in Saint Henri! The flat is in a great location with an IGA, Dollarama, Pharmaprix and metro stations for both orange (place-st-Henri, 3-minute walk) and green lines (Lionel Groulx, 7-minute walk) only a few minutes walk away. There are plenty of coffee shops and bakeries to enjoy. The apartment was renovated 3 years ago when I moved in, so everything is newer! This includes all the appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher), hardwood floors, a walk-in shower, and an open-plan kitchen/living area. There is a small balcony off the living room. The room has a private balcony/stairwell and a large closet (double sliding doors) with the option of being furnished with a bed, mattress, and side table.

A bit about myself. You will be sharing with a clean, respectable, and friendly McGill PhD student (me), so other grad students, summer internships or young professionals are preferred.
