We are a family of 4 and we have a room
available immediately, an all inclusive on second floor of a house for only $800 per month. The room is very specious with lots of light and it has private ensuite (shower and toilet) inside the room. This room is located in a luxury house, and it normally gets rented for $1300, but the landlord rents it out $800 less. In return, tenant should assist with some light chores in the house. The price includes all utilities, unlimited high speed internet, and laundry.
