Condo is a 2 bed, 2 bath, apx. 1000 sq ft. Chill 2008 building with garbage disposal on-site, and smoking outside on the deck allowed. No pets because I have cats.
Unit has space for tenant storage outside of the room rental space. The condo has a deep freeze, fridge, oven, dishwasher, and washer and dryer in suite. Street parking available.
The main bathroom would be for the tenant and guests because I use the bathroom attached to the master bedroom.
Condo complex is close to shopping centers that have pretty much everything: Superstore, Walmart, Safeway, Sobey's Dollarama, Canadian Tire, Goodlife Fitness, hot yoga studio, restaurants and fast-food, banks, and dispensaries. Access to bus stops nearby.
No wild parties just chill vibes.
Security deposit is one months rent. Length of stay is negotiable between: month-to-month (good for students from outside YYC), short or 1yr long term.
