One parking spot in front of the garage (so may have to move it from time to time) the apartment is on ground level, 1 step up to enter. Large bedroom with walkin closet and full private bathroom with shower. Big windows that get unobstructed sunrise coming through in the mornings! Backyard is nice and big. Room is for one(1) person. Only select couples will be considered. I am not in a rush, I want someone I can get along with, whoever it is would be living with me. I have two (2) cats. Please have an income, don't be a party animal and have courtesy(don't leave big messes in kitchen, dont do laundry everyday) may use shed for a bike or something. Utilities included, internet included. $750 per month. That's it, no deposit 3 months rent, no life history needed. Small storage area available in basement if needed. May have some furniture that may be used if needed. I smoke greens, current roommate is smoker. only rule is no fire! Smoke outside!
