The room is near Victoria Park and St.Clair Ave and it's available now or on January 1st, 2025.

The rent includes a fully furnished private bedroom with a 3/4 bed with a Japanese mattress, bar fridge and WiFi .

It's also includes your meals when you are here and a pack lunch when you are at work or school.

An example of meals are your choice of coffee or tea, eggs,bacon and toast, chicken and potatoes with vegetables.

The food is cooked and place in the fridge and you help yourself to what you want you want when you want.

The rent also includes one free load of laundry per week. The laundry room is down the hallway.

The apartment is drug free, smoke free, pet free, alcohol free and scent free and three is no parking here . The lease is month to month. I have to be here when you move out. There is a $50 key deposit. No visitors here. This is a share bathroom and there is never a problem. The room is for one only.
