The room is near Victoria Park and St.Clair Ave and is available now or on January 1,2025.

The rent includes a fully furnished private bedroom with a 3/4 size bed with a Japanese mattress, bar fridge and WiFi.

It's also includes your meals when you are here and a pack lunch for work or school. An example of meals are your choice of coffee or tea, bacon,eggs and toast, chicken and potatoes with vegetables. The food is cooked and put in the fridge and you help yourself to what you want when you want.

The rent also includes one free load of landry per week. The laundry room is down the hallway.

The apartment and room is drug free, smoke free, pet free, alcohol free and scent free and three is no parking here. The lease is month to month. No visitors here. There is a $50 key deposit. It a share bathroom and there is never a problem. Room is for one only.
