We have 2 rooms available to rent in a house with other mature students/working adults.
Room 1 is on the main floor - $750 (male preferred)
Room 2 is on the basement level - $650 (female preferred)
Utilities/internet/laundry included
The house has 7 rental bedrooms total but it is a relatively quiet environment as there is no area for partying and having guests.
The rent includes a bedroom/shared kitchen/shared bath. Kitchen and bath on each floors.
No smoking.
12 month lease and references required
