Looking for a roommate May 1st!

Community house in the University area (Windsor Park - 2 blocks west of the UofA). Main floor room is available for $825/month, all utilities and communal household items are included.

We are looking for someone who is tidy and responsible, either a student or professional. We have a jam space in the basement so must be open to occasional weeknight rehearsals (two professional musicians in the house). Pictures of the room and communal living spaces are posted (room is unfurnished).

No pets are allowed unfortunately!
