Private Room Summer Sublet

Subletting my private room for the summer month! The washroom is shared with one other person. Very modern kitchen and spacious bedroom and big living area with a TV, couch and dinning table with chairs. The unit also has a in unit laundry as well. There is also a parking spot available as well for those who have a car at no extra cost! 3 mins walk to the closet bus stop and 12 mins from st Laurent mall!

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress and study table. It has a pretty big closet as well! The house has central AC so no need to be hot in the summer

The rent is $865 all inclusive plus $25 for wifi! This is a summer sublet for May 1st to August 30th. I am flexible with the move in date if needed! Message me for details and showings!
