The rent for the 1 bedroom is - 702$ (with street parking, if you have a car)
Security deposit needed of - 351$

No partying, no use of drugs, no smoking, Cleanliness/Hygiene must be maintained and No visitors allowed. Being mindful of the noise as the walls are thin.
