Looking for a renter for the basement that is okay SHARING the kitchen and laundry on the main floor along with a shared entrance. We have everything you need in the kitchen, plus pantry space if needed.

We are using some of the basement for storage but otherwise you would get a bedroom, bathroom, and an entire rec room with storage room to yourself. Rec room has plenty of space with a surround sound speaker set up already. You are free to put the basement together however you wish. There is also an extra storage space/closet for anything else you need to store away. Plenty of street parking and only a 20 minute walk from the train, and westhills shopping only a few minutes drive away with everything you need.

Must be okay with dogs as we have one with us, but please no other pets as they might not get along. Welcome to use the backyard, or if they need extra storage can put some stuff in the garage.
We are a young couple, one is in school at SAIT, and one is currently looking for work.

We are waiting to have the windows extended to legal, which should come December 11 and should only take a day or two to replace them. Can take off some of rent for the first month for this.

Looking for $1000/month which includes all utilities and internet. Must get their own insurance though.

Happy to purchase a fridge and microwave for you if you would like one in the basement, but no cooking downstairs please as there isn't any ventilation.
