I have a room for rent in my condo located in Pineridge (NE Calgary).

The room comes furnished with a nice looking desk, dresser, bed, etc. I am an electrician and often work out of town, looking for a trust worthy and respectful individual to share the place with. I keep to myself most of the time, gaming or listening to music with head phones. Very quiet atmosphere

Located near grocery stores, city wave pool, rundle station. Just off highway 16 and 52street it is a somewhat central location

I am a dog owner so must be okay with living with a medium sized friendly dog in the house.
