Our home is located near Edithvale and Finch Ave W on Finch, with TTC that stops out front of the home.

My wife and I are looking to accommodate another gentleman coming from abroad, who is here on a Work / Student or Visitor permit. Room is available January1st - May 31st 2026

**We are a Host Family for your stay in Toronto.

Accommodations:

**All Men's Home Short.Term Rental for International Students, Visitors or Work permit

**Rent is $750/month on a month to month basis

**$50/mo: Utilities,Laundry & WiFi

**$25/mo: Parking Negotiable

**Room is available Immediately**

We have 3 rooms altogether, 2 rooms are taken, one gentlemen here from India and the other is here from Korea

The 3rd room has become available. Our home is clean quiet and friendly. Convenient for someone using public transit as bus stops in front of our home.

**We also have parking space available if needed…

**We do not tolerate Drinking or Illegal drugs…

**No overnight guests, room is for one person only…

**Outdoor sitting area for smoking or socializing…

**Our home is designed for guests from abroad, looking for a clean, safe, quiet home to stay while they visit, study or work in the city.

**If you are new to Canada and you're on a School, Visitor or Work permit, we would be open to accommodate you for your stay in Toronto.

**My wife and I are both born here in Canada and been renting to International Students/visitor's for the last 17yrs,

**We are friendly and like to meet new people that come from different places.

**We know how hard it is as a newcomer trying to get settled and feel comfortable about where they're staying, We try to help with that process by providing a safe comfortable place to call home. We live in the home and have our own separate unit in the basement.
