Located on the North Shore next to River’s Trail (just across the Overlander Bridge), it is a two bedroom one bathroom top floor of a duplex shared with myself (and two very cute kitties). The room is unfurnished but all utilities and internet included. Shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Maid service is not included in the $850.00 month-to-month rent, so bonus if you know how to scrub a toilet, take out trash, or wipe down a counter LoL. I am a working professional here in Kamloops, am easy-going, quiet, calm, and respect other people’s privacy. The home is suitable for a female student/apprentice or working female, but I will also consider Ministry if in Youth or Young Adult Agreement Program. Please show proof of income. Off-street parking available for a car, or city transit nearby. A damage deposit is required if you are serious about wanting the room. Once moved in, that will be returned if you leave the place as clean as you found it with no damage, and when you give me at least 30 days’ notice and your last month’s rent has been paid for.
