I’m a single female 50, NS, no drinking looking to help someone in need. I have a spare bed in a 1350 square ft townhouse. I’m quiet, work from home mostly in the kitchen with 2 small businesses I have. I would welcome someone who is extremely quiet perhaps going to school, responsible it’s one bedroom apprx 12x12, I’ll let you share my kitchen given that you have the same hygiene that I do. Bathroom would be shared so, again the cleanliness would be a huge part of this working. Street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac, there is no spare space for storage if u have lots, butI could make a little space in garage if needed.

I’ve never had to share accommodations before so definitely looking for the right person. I do have a small 8 lbs pup that is very quiet and kennel trained.

Includes room, queen bed, internet WIFI , utilities, laundry..and a kind funny honest flatmate.
