I’m a female working professional in my 30’s looking to rent a room in the basement of my home with it’s own full bathroom to a quiet, responsible, and clean professional or student.

Female preferred. Room is for one person only.

Unfurnished. I wasn’t planning on leaving the bed in the room but that can be negotiated if needed.

Rent is $850. Damage deposit required (amount of one month rent).

I would prefer a one year lease to be signed, however, I am open to negotiate.

Available on Sept 1st.

Utilities and internet included.

Main floor (kitchen, living room) and laundry will be shared. I have dishes, cutlery, pots and pans that I will share.

There is one parking spot available in the back. I use the other parking spot.

House is located in a quiet, residential area in Coventry Hills. There’s a superstore, Sobeys, shoppers etc within 5 mins driving distance.

No overnight guests or huge parties. Occasional small gatherings are ok.

No smoking.

No pets.
